Steffan Jones continues a family tradition of repairing and restoring harps, shaped by a lifetime around the instrument.
Steffan grew up watching his father, Tecwyn Jones, repair and restore harps. When he was old enough, he began helping in the workshop—learning the judgement, patience and respect for original construction that cannot be hurried.
Today Steffan is proud to carry the family business forward. He works with lever harps, antique instruments and modern concert harps, appreciating the individual demands of each. He is a certified Camac technician and works across all makes and models.
Antique pedal harp restoration is a particular speciality. Instruments arrive from across the UK and Europe, and international enquiries are welcomed.
The standard remains simple: fine materials, exacting work and an instrument that looks, sounds and feels as it should.

Traditional solid timbers and original methods are used wherever they matter to sound and longevity.
Finish sensitively
A restoration can feel pristine or retain its patina. The right answer belongs to the harp.
